Construction management


As construction architects, we are Administrator of the construction budget and primarily look after the interests of our client. We check the companies' offers in advance and make recommendations - because it is not uncommon for cheap offers to be speculation on extensive additional claims.

The construction management is in the foreground Quality control and correct technical design planning, and frequent visits to the construction site are a must. It is particularly important to know known sources of error (such as building waterproofing) and to pay special attention to them.

To build a construction is Teamwork. Respectful interaction and mutual respect for all parties involved is important. Talking to one another is the top priority. There are many trade-offs that have to be reduced to a common denominator. We offer a lot of work and life experience, the right one motivation to create so that everyone is satisfied.

Part of our construction management is the temporal monitoring with MS-Project, the Cost review, Invoice approval and keeping a construction diary.

When the construction work is completed, we will issue the certificado final de obras (building inspection, public deed), with which you can order your house to be entered in the land register.
